Untapped Opportunity

After spending years earning their position in commercial real estate and sustaining profitability in the ever-shifting climate of Silicon Valley, it was time for South Bay Development to take a good look at their brand. Personify worked with company leaders to uncover their niche in a crowded market. While developing a new web presence was the goal of this project, Personify capitalized on their established relationships to drive traffic to their site with custom promotional materials to engage with current and potential partners and launch their updated brand. South Bay Development has been setting the pace of commercial real estate in the Bay Area since 1978, but now they’re ready to set new standards for their market in the digital space.
