When first approached by Windy Hill to help with this apartment building, it took me by surprise because I don’t consider myself a building designer. But what started out as a logo design turned into a full branding project from signage to color, stone, landscaping, photography, furniture, lighting, design of the bbq area and the aesthetic improvement of the property. I worked closely with Woodmont Real Estate Services, their property management company to produce everything from brochures to furniture in the sales office. I teamed up with JB Construction to provide direction on building features, landscaping and paint colors.
The owners, Windy Hill Property Ventures, gave me full reign and the opportunity to truly brand an entire apartment building, which has made dramatic increase in their leasing and property value. Check out some before after photos – finished BBQ area photos to come soon!
